Marbles
Natural stone is expressed extensively throughout The Estate, forming a considered dialogue with the surrounding cabinetry, joinery, and flooring materials. Sourced predominantly from Italy and Turkey, each selection represents some of the world’s most coveted stone varieties, crafted with a standard of masonry that reflects uncompromising precision and artistry.

Lights
Designer lighting plays a pivotal role in defining the character of The Estate, with feature pendants and wall sconces by Kelly Wearstler and Lauren Rottet curated throughout. Each piece was hand-selected to complement the unique material palette and spatial composition of its setting, accentuating form, texture, and ambience. The result is a layered lighting experience that transitions seamlessly from sculptural statement to subtle illumination — an orchestration of light and shadow that elevates both function and luxury.

Stones & Tiles
Natural stone and Italian mosaic craftsmanship define the tactile identity of The Estate, with nearly 2,500 m² of marble, limestone, and mosaic finishes creating visual depth and textural harmony. Sourced from leading quarries in Italy and Turkey, the selection includes bespoke Bisazza mosaics hand-laid in designs featuring 24-carat gold, glass, and rare marbles, each executed with millimetre precision to embody enduring luxury and craftsmanship.

Precious Metals
Precious metals are woven throughout The Estate, enriching its material palette with warmth and refinement. Aged copper defines the exterior roof and feature walls, while polished copper clads the staircase balcony and kitchen range hood. Brushed bronze unifies tapware, bathware, and hardware, with subtle touches of gold adding understated luxury throughout.

Timbers
Timber finishes play a central role in defining the warmth and texture of The Estate’s interiors. The New Age Veneers Black Mountain Diamond range is used extensively across cabinetry, joinery, and wall panelling, establishing a rich, architectural contrast throughout the home. In the wellness and utility zones, light-toned timbers such as Shaker-style 2Pac and Casentino Beech provide a softer, contemporary balance, enhancing light and serenity. Spotted Gum flooringanchors the main residence, pairing seamlessly with the stone finishes to create a cohesive dialogue between material strength and natural warmth

Flora & Fauna
The Estate’s landscaping showcases a curated selection of flora chosen for texture, resilience, and visual harmony. Snow Maiden and Coastal Rosemary add depth and colour throughout garden beds, while Buxus Microphylla forms The Estate 8888 logo in the Chimney Garden. Casuarina glauca lines the koi pond, complemented by cascading Dichondra Silver Falls over feature walls. Sir Grange Zoysia provides lush, manicured ground cover, while sculptural Grass Treesand Dragon Trees anchor key sightlines, enhancing the estate’s sense of permanence and natural artistry.
