Aged copper defines the exterior roof and feature walls, while polished copper clads the staircase balcony and kitchen range hood. Timber finishes play a central role in defining the warmth and texture of The Estate’s interiors. The New Age Veneers Black Mountain Diamond range is used extensively across cabinetry, joinery, and wall panelling, establishing a rich, architectural contrast throughout the home. In the wellness and utility zones, light-toned timbers such as Shaker-style 2Pac and Casentino Beech provide a softer, contemporary balance, enhancing light and serenity.
